The installation of a double battery system in the Hilux is a complex job. To simplify installation and reduce installation time, we have developed this double battery kit for the Hilux Revo from 2015:
This consists of:

Battery holder and Optima Yellow Top battery

Mounting plate with DBM20A or DBM20AS and IBS 200A Power Relay

All necessary cables and connections required for easy installation

Optional 200A output e.g. for bridge/cabin supply

Optional 100A input/output for accessories such as compressor, charger, external solar, inverter

Functions of the double battery kit:
- Link start from additional battery
- Solar input 150W for kit with DBM20AS
- Cable winch support
- Bidirectional charging
- 100A input/output for accessories such as compressor etc.
- 200A power output for consumers on the bridge or cabin.
PS: System can only be equipped with this Optima battery.
PS: The engine control unit and the alarm horn may need to be relocated.
